Try to set realistic practice goals and a
schedule that you can stick with. To achieve maximum success
and to reach your full potential, you must practice outside of
class every day. Unfortunately, that is not always possible,
you may only be able to practice two or three days a week, but
try to identify those days and set up a regular time to play
your instrument. if you miss a practice or two, don't become
discouraged, just pick it up again and get back on track.
Find a place to practice where you won't be
distracted by TV, friends or family and strive to make the most
of the time you have. Remember the old saying: "practice
makes perfect".
